Micro Cushion Over the Calf Wool Socks Made in New Hampshire

I love them

I purchased these socks at a discount through their pro program.

I was surprised to see these are 100% Merino wool, some other makers have a blend of materials for stretchiness and such but these are nice and stretchy without any of that. The microweight does seem to have slightly less stretch than the lightweight ones I also bought, just a smidge tighter around the calf, but not uncomfortably so; I bought the XL size because I have larger feet (US size 12.5-13), and these seem to fit nicely, definitely better than most big-store options that either only go to size 12 or are still just very tight at their "big and tall" sizes. Tiny bit more stretchiness would make these perfect for me but that's a personal preference.

They've become my everyday around-the-house socks now, the cushioning is great for cold floors without the rest of the sock being too warm; in fact they're even a bit cold right now in the Northeastern winter, so I'm excited about being able to wear these in other seasons as well!

I can buy a multi-pack of department store socks for less than the price of a single pair of these, but I can also wear holes in that whole pack of socks in the span of about a year; we'll see long-term how these hold up but it's immediately apparent that these are much more durable, so in the long run I think it's a much better value to invest in nicer socks like these ones rather than just going through packages of "disposable" socks.

They fit well and feel like they are going to last

I use these socks in a Dailey routine and they perform very well in every shoe type I subject them to.

Fast shipping and the socks are awesome. They’re longer than I thought, and I’m a size 13 with pretty muscular calves. They go right up to the crease of my knee. They also stay up all day, which is most desirable. Very comfortable and very thin- thru dont make my feet sweat nor do thry smell at the end of the day.

I don't know why, but my feet nowadays just stay cold. I am 73 years old; maybe that is a part of it. But I have been looking for socks that could keep my feet warm. It has been a while, but when I got my hands on the MINUS 33 socks, my shopping for socks was over. They are the best socks I have found.

My feet are cold almost year round. These are the best perfect fitting warm socks I have ever purchased. So glad I was introduced to minus33 company by Wildkind Academy.

These socks are great under boots or shoes, and keep my feet toasty. I have some lipedema, so my calves and legs are big and most socks will cut off my circulation. These are long enough to get to a natural place just at the knee. I will have to take care they don't get into the dryer and shrink, which would be sad for me. Love these also for a trip we are taking to a rainy climate.

These are the best everyday sock I’ve worn. They wear like heavier socks both warmth and comfort but not bulky. I have a drawer full of other brand wool socks that need to be made into sock monkeys! Thanks for a great product!

Super warm and very comfortable

I have tried SO many wool socks over the years, and these are my favorite. They go right up to the knee and they don't fall down at all. They're warm and cozy, and I love that they are made in the USA. My whole family are going to be getting these for the holidays this year.

I love these socks, they keep my feet dry and cool in the Florida Heat and Humidity. Love them.

I wear a pair of these socks every day. They’ve spoiled me, and now I don’t want to wear anything else. I wear them to work. I wear them to hike. I even wear them when I go to sleep because I hate to have cold feet.

I wear Minus 33 layers from head to toe. Love it all. More affordable than a lot of brands and stands up great. The socks are probably my favourite. Use for split boarding, boarding at the hill, hiking, snow shoeing and other every day stuff. Have tried other big name socks and they are garbage in comparison. Always dry, warm and no stink. Will definitely buy more Minus 33 stuff in the future if I can manage to wear out what I got.

I bought these as a gift for my son for Christmas. He hasn’t received them yet so I can’t give you a review. However, placing my order, speaking with a friendly employee, getting my order in a timely manner was pleasant!
