NH-MADE MOUNTAIN HERITAGE SOCKS

Minus33 warranties our NH-Made Mountain Heritage Sock line to be free of material and manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase. If you believe your sock purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please continue reading and file your claim by clicking the Sock Warranty Claim button on the bottom of this page. 

CONDITIONS FOR ALL SOCK WARRANTY CLAIMS:

  • Please do not continue to wear the socks after submitting your claim form.

  • Please wash your socks before packaging to avoid denial of your claim!
    We reserve the right to deny claims for soiled products that can pose a health risk to our returns department. This includes pet hair, human hair, dirt, and other stains.

  • Your return package must be postmarked within 15 days of submitting your claim.

  • All claims are subject to inspection by our returns department.

  • 5-year warranty only applies to our NH-Made Mountain Heritage Sock line.

  • Please do not send back any other returns or non NH-made socks back with your warranty claim. 
  • No items sent to us will be sent back to you, even if your claim is denied. 

WHAT'S COVERED?

  • Something off after a while? If your Mountain Heritage socks start showing signs of premature wear or manufacturing defects anytime in the first 5 years — we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of that sock style.

  • For matters regarding our 30 day satisfaction guarantee & non warranty returns, please visit our returns page.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

  • Mountain Heritage Socks that have been purchased used, or purchased from unauthorized sellers, such as Depop, Etsy, Amazon Resell, or thrift shops/yard sales
  • Excessive damage due to abuse, negligence, accidents, pet damage, or improper care.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Damage from pets, wild animals or insects.
  • Nail holes from hardwood floors.
  • Burn damage.
  • Improper care, storage or washing.
  • Lost or stolen items.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Follow these 5 steps:

  1. Wash the socks you wish to return.

  2. Complete and submit our Sock Warranty Claim Form Below.

  3. Print a copy of your Sock Warranty Claim Form.

  4. Package your socks, and include a copy of your claim form.

  5. Send your socks to our returns department at the following address:

If we have any questions regarding your sock claim, we will contact you at the phone number you provided in your claim form.

If your claim is approved, we will email you a store credit to the email address you provided in your claim form. (Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox).

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping, inspection, and claim processing. Most warranty claims will happen faster, but please be patient and consider the transit time from your location to New Hampshire.  Please allow additional processing time during and directly following the holiday season.
