  • Minus33 ships via UPS and USPS

  • USPS is our default free shipping service

  • P.O. boxes will ship through USPS only

  • Free shipping does not apply to Pro accounts, GovX, Guidefitter or ExpertVoice 

  • Customers may purchase alternative shipping options at checkout

  • Shipping cost is calculated by order weight and shipping address

  • Complete your address with any business, suite, or apartment numbers to ensure prompt shipping and delivery

  • Please keep in mind Minus33 is responsible for your order until it leaves our facility; the delivery is in the hands of your chosen service and is subject to their routes/methods

SHIPPING TIME

Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) will likely ship within 24-48 hours*

  • *Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday and before 9am EST on Mondays will ship Monday afternoon

  • Please review ALL your details before checking out! This includes your:

    • Email address

    • Shipping address

    • Payment method

    • Discount codes, and 

    • Shipping service

  • Please review the shipping confirmation email once your order is placed

  • We’re happy to correct your order because we understand accidents happen. Please understand that making these corrections may delay the shipment of your package

  • Once packages leave our facility, they are subject to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Please keep in mind your package is being delivered by real people, and real circumstances happen, like weather, accidents, traffic, and human error

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Minus33 is able to ship to most countries. International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. We are sorry, but we cannot accept another shipping carrier.

International orders may take some time to arrive as they travel and clear through customs. You can track your package through ups.com, however, once it leaves the US you may need to track the package through your country's local carrier.

Customers pay for estimated duties and taxes at checkout. We are legally obligated to declare the true value of the package. Thank you for understanding.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Every order will have a tracking number associated with it, which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please allow time for your tracking number to activate. The tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, so it may take a few hours for you to see any activity. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.

LOCAL RETAILERS

We have a variety of local retailers throughout the country who carry Minus33 in their stores. Please visit our dealer locator to find Minus33 locally. We recommend giving them a call before you go out of your way if you are looking for a specific item, as their inventory may vary by season.
