ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Minus33, a division of L. W. Packard Company, Inc., warranties our product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of receipt. If you believe your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please continue reading and submit the form at the end of the page. A dated purchase receipt is required for warranty claims. Warranty claims can only be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss other options.

EXTENDED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

We are happy to announce our NEW 2-year extended warranty program. You can gain a free extra year of warranty coverage by registering your purchase. All of the above warranty criteria apply.

INSTRUCTIONS

All warranty claims must be authorized

Please submit the form below for authorization. You will receive a confirmation email when the form has been successfully submitted. A Minus33 customer service representative will approve your return within 24 hours, after which you will receive a second email with your free return label and instructions.

CONDITIONS FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS:

  • Please do not continue to wear the damaged product after submitting this form
  • Please wash your wool before sending to avoid a cleaning fee. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for heavily soiled products that may pose a health risk to our returns department. This includes pet hair, human hair, deodorant, and other stains
  • All claims are subject to inspection and individual outcome
  • Warranty items must be postmarked within 15 days of authorization. Please contact us with any concerns regarding this window.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

  • Items over a year old
  • Excessive damage due to abuse, negligence, accidents, pet damage, or improper wool care
  • Items with missing or defaced labels/care tags
  • Items altered with embroidery, tailoring, patches, repairs/reinforcements, etc.
  • Products without a dated purchase receipt
  • Products that have been purchased used or from an unauthorized seller, such as eBay, Amazon Resell, or thrift shops/yard sales

WHAT IS CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR?

Clothes, especially those made of natural fibers, are not indestructible. Over time and after many miles together, your go-to favorites may start to break down; it’s just the natural course of textiles. You may see this happen in "busier" areas, like sleeve cuffs or where a belt may lie. For this reason, products that have been used regularly for over a year are ineligible for warranty claims. We hope your Minus33 product serves you well over the years and the miles you put on it. Please consider donating your piece to our SAR program and purchasing a replacement when it comes time to retire your original product.

      PROCESSING TIME

      Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping time, inspection, and processing. Most warranty claims will happen faster, but please be patient and consider the transit time from your location to New Hampshire.  Please allow additional processing time during and directly following the holiday season.
