Yes youll pay a lil more for Minus33 but take my word for it Treat yourself!!! I have bought other brands meriwool it just doesnt have the same feel or fit and you can tell the quality I currently have 4 tops 2 heavyweight 2 midweight and a beanie perfect for hiking looking forward to seeing how the sun hoodie will hold up to backpacking wearing them is like getting a hug from a big teddy bear 👍👍👍 oh im 6”3 275lbs and wear a 2xl the tall is awesome but the regular are fine and still let me tuck in my shirt over the belly into the bottoms other regulars do not
Extremely warm. Exactly what I needed for cold weather ice fishing to keep my core warm
This base layer is soft, warm, comfortable, and just feels good to wear. True to size, purchase the size you would normally wear. This is absolutely a 5 Star product!

Great
I love this layer for a base layer without stacking to much around the neck area. I also wear this as an outer layer in milder condition. Very durable and well made.
Good quality comfortable, warm.
I wanted a sweater to wear with a blazer and this was perfect. Easy to wash at home and retains the look!
The heavy weight Merino wool top was simply perfect as the base layer for any activity when the Minnesota weather was a minus 20 degrees. Fashionable and comfortable, but true to its heritage as a perfect base layer.
Nice and heavy and warm on right at O°f shoveling snow. I can't wait until late season deer hunting this year. I have some 250 grams for November rut hunting but needed something thicker and warmer for late season and I do believe these will work well. The 4 stars instead of 5 are because I have not used them yet in a deer hunting scenario yet. This review is for the top and bottom set.
Great product very warm and excellent customer service!
Excellent quality, super warm!
This shirt (and the half-dozen other M33 items I've recently purchased) represent a major shift in my winter outdoor Alaska gear. For decades I used big name synthetics for my various layers, but this merino stuff is simply better: (1) The temperature comfort-range is huge. It's definitely warmer than synthetics when it's bitterly cold, but it also doesn't make me overheat when I move into warmer situations (the way synthetics do). (2) It's just more comfortable against my skin than synthetics. (3) Doesn't stink after going too long without washing!
Bought two of your mens heavyweight shirts and yes they are quality made. One was a crew neck and the other 1/4 zip both supposedly expedition weight though it seems the 1/4 zip is heavier in merino wool material.
This is just an honest and humble opinion who actually tested its performance by wearing both at different times and felt far short of Under Armours 4.0's warmth. Thank you for understanding my personal input as well as taking into consideration my review in the nicest way possible.
Being worn with the conditions of total inactivity.
I e mailed the company twice and never got a reply. Very friendly and in a kind way informed the company that they dont live up to the expectations of the warmth they provide.
I also own and wear Under Armour cold gear. Seems in 30 F with both shirts being worn from your company Under Armour base layer 4.0 out performs alone does a better job. Not discrediting the company nor claiming any negativity towards Minus 33 and taking into account everybody's core temperature is different and while it keeps other warm, doesnt for me. In fact the Under Armour bought in the off season cost me 1/ 3 of the price I paid for your merino wool base layers.
In fact in my email clearly informed the company wasn't looking for any refund or wanted to return the items.
One would think any sort of reply would be the curtious. No hard feelings guess one has to learn sometimes the hard way. Proud Disabled power wheelchair bound U.S ARMY VETERAN.
I also like to mention when I ordered both shirts on the phone customer service was outstanding as well as their shipping procedures.
Perfect fit! Well made, comfortable and warm.
The process of exploring my choices and determining which long underwear to order by matching the conditions of my trip with the information provided was painless.
When the product arrived and I had it in my hands I was very pleased with the quality and I was confident that I had made the correct choice. Wearing my Minus33 while traveling and exploring Norway in February was a warm and comfortable experience. Thank you Minus33!!
Comfortable and kept me warm my entire ride.
Very high quality top. I’m 5’10”/215lbs. XL fits perfectly. Tight weave high quality. Very soft against skin.

Wish I had ordered years ago, best base layer I have used.will be purchasing more of your products.
6' 1" 175 medium fits perfect. Very warm and comfortable
It's a very comforting weight that makes you feel cocooned in warmth without being bulky or constricting. I could spend the entire winter wearing one of these!
Very warm. Really soft most wool makes me itch. This is good stuff
Awesome, incredibly warm, extremely comfortable, high quality and never smells no matter how much it's worn between washings.
This merino wool top is heavier and warmer than other advertised wool tops.
